Apostolic Pastor Walter Greene, Jr.

 

Pastor Walter Greene, Jr. is the Apostolic Senior Pastor of lhe Living The Word Kingdom Church, located in Hampton, VA.  He equally shares the pastoring and church leadership roles with his wife, Apostle Jaqueline (Jacqui) Greene. They are the church founders and the serving Praise and Worship Senior Leaders of this growing family of believers from the surrounding communities of Hampton, Newport News, and Yorktown, as well as out of area worshippers online. In addition to preaching the Sunday Service message, Pastor Walt also fulfills the corporate role of the LTWKC administrator. In addition to also bringing the Sunday Service message, Apostle Jacqui serves as the LTWKC corporate secretary.​

This experienced and dedicated pastoral team previously served and led the worship ministries of Faith Victory in Life Ministries Inc., Hampton, VA.  Pastor Walt answered God's call on June 2, 2013, when he joined his wife, the then serving church pastor, after he had served as a deacon for two years at his previous church home. Formerly known as Deacon Walt, he was known for his great passion for singing praises to the Lord. 

 

On July 8, 2013, God appointed Pastor Walt to serve as pastor. On November 13, 2013, He was consecrated as senior pastor of Faith Victory in Life Ministries.

 

Pastor Walt loves God and loves all people. He is a faithful servant of the Lord, and a steadfast, spiritual brother and minister to the people of God. While being an integral member of all church ministries, and working a fulltime job at the management level, he enhanced his  He is now pursuing a general studies curriculum in business.

Pastor Walt's Core Values are: Trust God, Accountability, and Stewardship! He believes with any profession of faith, activation is there to accomplish what a person says.

In 2018, Faith Victory in Life changed to Living The Word Kingdom Church.

 

His vision for the ministry is to compel Men, Women boys and girls to the purpose that God has called those that are chosen by Him. Pastor Walt acknowledges (Jeremiah 29:11) 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. He desires for God people to come to a full knowledge of who they are in Christ. He shares the Faith message that has been given to Him by God.

Apostle, Pastor Jacqueline Greene,

Apostle Jacqueline Greene is a woman of God that sincerely loves God and His people. She was called by God to the ministry in the year 2002. In the beginning, the Lord allowed her to minister to over 20 people in her home during the period 2003-2004, and then during 2009-2010. She traveled to Gettysburg, PA for two years, spreading the message of Christ at Faith, Victory in Life Ministries under the spiritual leadership and mentorship of Pastor Clarence Acker, III.

 

In the year 2006, she joined her former church and served as an associate minister under the leadership of Dr. Reginald C. Woodhouse.
In January 2008, she was licensed in the state of VA to preach the gospel. In May 2011, she was ordained as an Evangelist.

She served in various roles as associate Minister. God called her to establish the Faith Victory in Life Church located in Newport News, VA. She and her grandmother, Eula Acker (Deceased), were the starting church members on September 2, 2011. In just two months God added others to the fold. She served faithfully as the church pastor for 7 years.

​

Apostle Jacqui has been ministering to God’s people in the Hampton Roads area for over 15 years. Her ministering the gospel has made a strong impact in the lives of God’s people. Throughout her spiritual journey, she has had special mentors who helped her to get started and grow in the spiritual realm.

Apostle Jacqui earned an associate degree in Business Administration Technology from Thomas Nelson Community College, Newport News, VA. She also earned a bachelor's degree in Church Ministry from The Sure Foundation Theological and Bible Institute. Seminole FL.

​

Apostle Jacqui's passion is to please God and lead with the compassion of Christ. She wants God's people to know who they are in Christ and fulfill the Will of the Father, and to embrace praying without ceasing. (1Thessalonians 5:17)
